摘要
目的 研究高功率密度毫米波对人肿瘤细胞超微结构的影响 ,提供高功率密度毫米波抗瘤生物效应依据。方法 采用高功率密度 (40 0mW /cm2 ,H组 )或低功率密度 (9mW /cm2 ,L组 )毫米波照射人舌鳞癌细胞 2 0min(S组 )或 45min(L组 )后培养 2 4h ,行扫描电镜 (SEM )和透射电镜 (TEM )观察。结果 观察发现肿瘤细胞表面微绒毛粘连、融合、脱落、顶端膨大、细胞膜裂孔、凹陷、线粒体变性、胞浆内大量空泡、核固缩 ;改变严重程度依HL、HS、LL、LS组递降。结论 高功率密度毫米波可造成肿瘤细胞明显的超微结构改变 ,其程度比低功率密度毫米波明显。
Objective To study the effect of high power density millimeter wave(HPDMW)radiation on ultrastructure of human tumor cell and provide the basis for HPDMW anti-tumor biological effect. Methods Human squamous cell carcinoma of the tongue was radiated by (HPDMW,400 mW/cm 2,group H)or low power density millimeter wave (LPDMW,9 mW/cm 2,group L)for 20 minutes(sub-group S)or 45 minutes(sub-group L).After that the samples were cultivated for 24 hours and observed by scanning electron microscope and transmission electron microscope. Results The morphological alterations included adhesion, fusion, loss and end expansion of microvilli, gap and depression of cell membrane, denaturation of mitochondria, plenty bubbles in cytoplasm and kary pyknosis. The alterations lightened one by one in HL, HS, LL, LS groups. Conclusion HPDMW can cause significant ultrastructural changes of tumor cell. The extent of changes at group H was more obvious at group L.
