摘要
为使Nb_3Sn层的生长速率高和厚度趋于均匀,研究了富Sn中心扩散法制备超导材料的中肯均匀化热处理条件。实验结果表明,中肯均匀化温度为500—600℃;其时间与均匀化温度及基体中平均含Sn量等因素有关。
In order to increase the growing rate of Nb3Sn layer and tend to uniform its thickness, the reguirements of uniform heat-treatment for preparing supercoaducting material in the way of central diffusion of rich Sa were studied.The result of the experiment manifested that when the temperature of uniformation is 500℃-600℃, the time is concerned with the factors of the temperature of uniformation, the average Sn content in base layer,etc.
