摘要
灌胃方式连续给予雄性昆明小鼠不同剂量的金耳浓缩液 2 0d ,对照组灌蒸馏水。结果 高 (2 0 0ml/kg)、中 (10 0ml/kg)、低 (30ml/kg) 3个剂量组小鼠腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞功能明显提高 ,并呈现明显的剂量反应关系。高、中剂量组的吞噬率与对照组相比有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1,P <0 .0 5 ) ,但吞噬指数无统计学差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。小鼠迟发型变态反应 (足趾试验 )与对照组比无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。溶血素试验半数溶血值 (HC50 )剂量反应关系明显 ,高中剂量组与对照组相比差异显著 (P <0 .0 5 )。高剂量组有增高小鼠脾指数作用 ,与对照组比有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,胸腺指数各剂量组与对照组比无统计学差异。结论 金耳浓缩液对小鼠特异性免疫功能有一定调节作用 ,高中剂量组可明显提高小鼠非特异性免疫功能。
The different levels of Tremella aurantia were given to Kunming male mice for 20 days,ig,continuously, and the control group was fed distilled water.The results showed that:①All different levels of Tremella aurantia (high level:200 ml/kg, medium level:100 ml/kg, low level:20 ml/kg)could increase the phagocytosis of macrophages against cock erythrocytes in mouse abdominal cavity and dose-respones relationship was observed in all levels.There was significant difference between high,medium and control groups ( P<0 01,P<0 05 ),but no difference in phagocytic index( P>0 05 ).②Dose-effect was observed in the effect of Tremella aurantia on delayed allergic reaction (footpael reaction)and hemolysin test.However,all levels showed no significant difference compared with control group.③The high and medium levels of HC 50 showed significant difference compared with control group( P <0.05).④The high level could profoundly raise spleen(lien)index,and showed statistical difference with control group( P <0.05).In thymus index, there was no difference in two level groups compared with control group. In coclusion, Tremlla aurantia shows somewhat adjusting effects on specific immunnocompetence of mice,and the high and medium levels have beneficial effect for increasing mice'nonspecific immunnocompetence.
