摘要
采用光电传感技术,以红色高亮度发光二极管和光敏电阻为对象,以单片机为信号采集平台,设计制作光敏式种肥监测装置,实现对精密播种施肥机作业状态的实时监测。实验表明:在不同工作环境、不同作业速度下,对种的监测精度达到96%以上,肥的监测可确定堵塞与排空,能够有效解决大型精密播种机作业过程中对种肥的实时自动监控问题。同时该检测装置具有结构简单、操作方便、成本低等特点,便于推广应用。
A photosensitive sensor for precision seeders was developed using photoelectric sensing technology. The sensor was designed with red high brightness light emitting diodes (HB-LED) and photosensitive resistances as objects and with a single-chip microcomputer as a signal collection platform. The improved equipment can monitor the working state of precision seeders in real time. Experimental results show that the monitoring system has an accuracy of 96% in seeding quantity control at different speeds in different environments with blocking and emptying properly determined during fertilizer monitoring. The detector has the potential to be widely used due to its characteristics, such as simple structures, low cost, high precision and reliability.
