摘要 随着放射医学诊疗技术和介入治疗的发展，对比剂的使用日益增多。由于对比剂使用引起的对比剂肾病（CIN）已成为医源性肾功能衰竭的第3大原因，占所有院内获得性急性肾损伤（AKI）发病人群的11％，
