炎症反应在慢性心力衰竭中的作用研究进展

摘要
慢性心力衰竭是多种心血管疾病共同的主要死亡原因,除已知的肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统、交感神经系统兴奋性增高和多种内源性神经内分泌激活外,近年研究发现,炎症反应长期、慢性激活可导致左心室收缩功能障碍、促进心室重塑、内皮功能障碍、加重心肌损伤和心功能恶化,并与贫血、恶病质、抑郁等并发症的发生密切相关。我们就炎症反应在慢性心力衰竭病理改变和并发症中的作用进展进行综述。
