健脾益胃方对消化性溃疡患者胃黏膜PGE_2表达的影响

Effect of Jianpi Yiwei Decoction on the Expression of PGE_2 in Gastric Mucosal of Peptic Ulcer Patients

目的:观察健脾益胃方治疗消化性溃疡(PU)的效果及对胃黏膜PGE2表达的影响。方法:60例随机分两组各30例,对照组用奥美拉唑胶囊口服,治疗组用健脾益胃方口服。结果:两组治疗后PGE2水平与治疗前比较均有非常显著性差异(P<0.01),但治疗组PGE2水平提高较对照组更明显(P<0.01)。治疗后治疗组Hp阳性率低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:健脾益胃方提高溃疡愈合质量、防止溃疡复发的作用机制可能是通过提高PGE2水平,减轻攻击因子对黏膜的损害、维持和修复黏膜屏障以提高黏膜的防御能力而实现的。

Ohjeetive ： To observe the effect of Jianpi Yiwei Decoction in treating peptic ulcer （ PU ） and on the expression of PGE2 in gastric mncosal.Method： 60 eases were divided into 2 groups evenly.30 cases were treated by omeprazole capsule with oral administration as the control group while 30 cases were treated by Yipi Jianwei Decoction with oral administration as the study group.Result： After treatment, the level of PGE2 of both groups increased notably compared with that before treatment, with significant difference （p 〈 0.01 ） , but the level of PGE2 of the study group increased more than that of the control group （ 19 〈 0.01 ）.The level of Hp positive rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group after treatment （ p 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： Yipi Jianwei Decoction couhl improve the quality of ulcer healing, prevent the gastric ulcer recurrence.It may be realized by increasing the level of PGE2, reducing the damage of attack factor to gastric mucosal, maintaining and repairing mucosal barrier to improve the defense ability of the mucosal.
