针灸治疗男性性功能障碍疗效分析

目的:观察针灸治疗男性性功能障碍的疗效。方法:80例随机分为两组各40例,治疗组给予针灸治疗,每日1次;对照组应用肾宝合剂口服,每日3次,两组均治疗2周为一疗程,治疗4个疗程后总结疗效,采用国际勃起功能指数问卷表(IIEF)积分评估两组患者性功能的改变。结果:治疗组总有效率明显优于对照(P<0.05),治疗组IIEF得分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针灸疗法能提高人体活力,改善生理机能,增强性功能。

Objective ： To observe the effect of acupuncture therapy in the treatment of male sexual dysfunction.Methods ： 80 male sexual dysfunction patients met the diagnostic criteria of the patients, 40 were randomLy divided into treatment group and control group of 40 cases, The treatment group was given acupuncture treatment, once a day;the control group used Shenbao mixture of oral, 3 times a day, The two groups were treated for 2 weeks as 1 course, and summarize the therapeutic effect after 4 courses of treatment, using the international index of erectile function questionnaire （ IIEF ） functional assessment of 2 groups of patients with the integral changes.Results ： the total effective rate of treatment group was better than that of the control （p 〈 0.05 ） , and the treatment group the IIEF score was significantly higher than the control group （p 〈 0.05 ） .Conclusion： acupuncture can improve the activity of human body, improve the physiological function, enhance sexual function.
