中药足浴联合艾灸治疗多发性跖疣临床观察

目的:观察中药足浴联合艾灸治疗多发性跖疣的疗效及安全性。方法:70例随机分为两组,治疗组38例用中药足浴联合艾灸,对照组32例用液氮冷冻,疗程4周。观察两组治疗前后皮损变化、不良反应和复发情况。结果:总有效率治疗组94.73%、对照组81.25%,治疗组复发率2.77%、对照组11.53%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药足浴联合艾灸治疗多发性跖疣有效、安全、复发率低,不良反应少。

Objective： To observe the effect and security of combined with the Traditional Chinese medicine decoction and moxa-moxibustion on treating multiple verruea plantaris.Methods ： A total of 70 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group and the control group.Treatment group which treated with the TCM decoction and moxa-moxibustion contain 38 cases.Control group which treated with liquid nitrogen cryotherapy contain 32 cases.Results： The effective rate of the treatment group was 94.73%, whileS1.25% of the control group.Besides, the recurrence rate of the treatment group was 2.77%, whilell.53% of the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion： The therapy of moxa-moxibustion combined with the TCM decoction to multiple verruca lantaris is effective 、 safe、 lower recurrence rate and fewer adverse reaction.
