摘要
本文研究了席夫碱形成小分子 ,尤其是苯甲酸衍生物Tucaresol (Tuc )的增强免疫效应以及在离子转运方面的行为 ,进一步揭示T细胞活化中席夫碱辅助信号的作用机制。实验发现离子转运在席夫碱信号传导中起重要的作用。具体地说 ,CT (一种甲苯磺酸盐 )特异性的K+通道 ,而不是钙激活的K+通道在Tuc的信号传导中有重要作用。这与TCR信号传导中的情况截然不同。
It was shown that small Schiff baseforming molecules could substitute for the natural donor of carboxyl groups and provide a costimulatory signal to the Tcells This paper used some selective or nonselective ion channel inhibitors to investigate their effects on Schiff base costimulation It was found that effects on ion transport were shown to be important in the signaling mechanism of tucaresol Specifically,CT (clofilium tosylate) sensitive K+ channels,bu not Ca 2+ activated K+ channels were shown to be important,and these were functionally distinct from the channels involved in TCRsignalling Ca 2+ was not shown to play a significant role in tucaresol mediated events
