摘要
武钢3 200m3高炉热风风管出现破损,停炉进行中修。对热风炉炉衬材料进行了分析,发现其破损主要原因有:工作层衬砖质量差,抗热破坏性能不强,砌体中孔隙多结合不致密,风管内衬材料及砖型设计不合理。严格选择热风炉风管工作衬材质,改进砖型并选择合适的轻质耐火材料配合使用,能提高送风主管的使用寿命。
The damage of hot blast main of hot-blast stove in 3 200 m3 BF of WISCO was analyzed during its repatrs. The refractories used in hot-blast stove were analyzed. The result showed that the damage factors could be the poor quality of andalusite based bricks, bad thermal damage resistance, noncompaetion of porous masonry, unreasonable choose of materials and design of bricks. The service life of hot-blast stoves could be enhanced through strict selection of the working lining material of hot blast main, the improvement of brick type and the match use of light-weight refractories.
