新建冷轧连退炉过热水系统的调试

摘要 连退炉过热水系统是生产中重要的辅助系统和环保设备,可将炉子产生的废气余热加以重新利用,并降低废气排放温度(从640℃降至420℃)。结合连退炉2台循环水泵相继损坏的案例,从系统管道振动、水泵本身结构和机械密封等方面分析造成循环水泵损坏的原因。根据现场实际情况提出了相应的整改措施,改进后振动问题得到解决,水泵平稳运行达到预期的使用效果。 The over-heat water system of continuous annealing furnace was important assistant system and environmental protection equipment in the process of production. It could reuse the exhaust heat and reduce the exhaust emission temperature(from 640 ℃ to 420 ℃). Combined with the case of two damaged circulating water pumps of continuous annealing furnace, the reason of circulating water pump damage was analyzed from pipe system vibration, pump structure and mechanical seal. The corresponding rectification measures were put forward according to the actual situation . The vibration problem was solved after improvement. The water pumps ran steadily and achieved the anticipated application efficiency.
