摘要
阐述了聚氯乙烯专用树脂离心母液水的水质特点,研究了该离心母液水经处理后可回用于聚合循环水的新工艺。新工艺处理效率高、占地面积小、运行稳定、操作简单,实现了离心母液水的再次回收利用,节约了水资源,杜绝环境污染,为企业和社会增加了效益。
The quality of mother liquid from production of special PVC resins were discussed.A novel process was developed to recycle the centrifugal mother liquid to be used as polymerization circulating water. The new process had characteristics of high effect, small occupied area, stable running and easy operation, recycling centrifugal mother liquid, conserving water resources, preventing of envirinmental pollution, and increasing the enterprises benefits.
