介绍了PVC离心母液水采用过滤法回用到聚合釜技术,通过调整工艺配方使母液水全部回用到聚合各个工序。两年多的运行证明,该工艺对PVC产品质量没有影响,较其他方法更加高效、节能、环保。

A filtration procee for reuse of mother liquid in polymerizcrs in the production ofPVC resins was introduced. Through adjusting process formula, the mother liquids could be all reused in various procedures of polymcrization. Two ycars opcration proved that the rccycling had no influences on the quality of PVC products. Compared with other methods, this process had the charactcristics of cffcctivcncss, saving energy and environmental protection.
