摘要
热噪声可以使损耗模式RF-SQUID磁通响应曲线迴滞面积变小,从而使V_(rf)—I_(rf)平台缩短,同时还可使平台变倾斜,两端变圆滑。温度越高,上述效应越明显。本文定量分析了液氮温区热噪声对平台的影响,得到了观察完整三角波的条件。
The hysteretic area of RF-SQUID in the dissipative mode may be reduced in the presence of thermal noise, and thus the step region may get shorter in the Vrf-Irf curve.The step region is also rounded and tilted by thermal fluctnation.The phenomena are quantively discussed at liquid nitrogen temperature and the condition to get the entire Vrf-φe triangular pattern is obtained.
