江苏电网非晶合金变压器综合评估 被引量:11

摘要 根据江苏电网的应用情况及非晶合金变压器的技术特点,对非晶合金变压器从安全性能、经济性能和环境影响3个方面与常规S11、S13及S15型等多种型号常规变压器进行了全面对比分析。在安全性能方面,非晶合金变压器的过负荷能力和过励磁能力不足;在经济性能方面,非晶合金变压器空载损耗低、运行效率高,节能效果明显;在环境影响方面,非晶合金变压器噪声比常规变压器大,需厂家降低其噪声水平。根据综合评估结果给出了非晶合金变压器选用的建议。 According to the technical characteristics of amorphous alloy transformer and the application of Jiangsu power, the comprehensive evaluation about amorphous alloy transformer from the safety performance, the economic performance and the environmental impact are studied comparing with S1 ltype, S13 type and S15 type transformer. In the safety performance, overload capacity and over-excitation ability of amorphous alloy transformer is insufficient; in the economic performance, low no-load loss, high efficiency, energy saving effect of amorphous alloy transformer is obvious; in terms of environmental impact, the audible noise level of amorphous alloy transformer was higher than that of conventional transformer, manufacturers need to study to reduce the noise level. Finally, the application recommends of amorphous alloy transformer is oresented based on comprehensive evaluation.
