紫外吸收剂在偏光片TAC膜中的应用研究

Studyon Applicating of The Ultraviolet Absorbed Agents in Polarizer TAC Film

采用溶剂铸膜工艺制备了含有紫外吸收剂的偏光片TAC(三醋酸纤维素)膜,并进行了膜的光学性能测试,特别测试了偏光片TAC膜的紫外线吸收范围。通过筛选不同结构的紫外吸收剂和调整偏光片TAC膜中紫外吸收的用量,最终确定了合适的紫外吸收剂及其用量。同时阐述了偏光片TAC膜中紫外吸收剂的应用方法和注意事项。

Polarizer TAC films containing ultraviolet absorbed agents were prepared by the way of solvent casting film, and it＇s optical properties were tested, polarizer TAC films＇s ultra- violet absorption range were tested especially. Through selecting the different structure of the UV agents and adjusting the dosage of ultraviolet absorbed agents in polaroid TAC films, the most appropriate ultraviolet absorbent and the amount of it were determined ultimately. At the same time, the application of methods and tips of ultraviolet absorbed agent in the cellulose triac- etate film were discussed.
