民用低压容器筒体加工工艺和复合模具的设计

摘要 民用低压容器筒体传统工艺过程是在不同加工工位将拉伸、切边和扩口工序,两道工序之间需要进行工件的装夹、定位、传送和拆卸,大大增加了加工的辅助时间,降低了生产效率,增加生产成本。设计并优化设计冲压加工工艺,将拉伸、切边、扩口三道工序合并为一道复合工序,设计并制造了复合模具,生产实践证明:该复合模具生产效率高,操作简便,降低加工成本,提高经济效益,还易于实现自动化。 The conditional process of the barrel of civil low-pressure vessel includes three pro- duction processes , namely drawing, piercing and trimming , and between two production proces- ses , the clamping, positioning, transferring and removing of work piece are needed, which in- crease the auxiliary processing time greatly, reduce the production efficiency and increase the pro- duction cost. In this paper, the stamping process was designed optimally, the three production processes were combined into a composite process, and a compound die was designed and made. The production practice proved: by using this compound die, the production efficiency was in- creased , the operation was simplified , the processing cost was lowed , and the economic effect was raised. And, it was easy to realize automation.
