摘要
针对随钻声波测井仪器通讯接口的特点设计了一种随钻声波测井仪器通讯接口卡,该通讯接口卡基于Nios Ⅱ嵌入式硬件核心,以uClinux嵌入式操作系统为控制软件运行平台,通过自定义CAN控制器接口IP内核及相应的CAN引擎驱动程序,实现以太网与CAN总线、以太网与MWD总线之间的数据转发功能,满足了随钻声波测井仪器研发调试和野外现场施工的需求。
According to the characteristic of acoustic logging while drilling tool' s communication interface, a new interface card was designed based on Nios II technology. This card mainly uses Nios Ⅱ soft core as embedded hard processor, and uClinux as software operation platform. By means of a customized CAN controller interface IP core and the corresponding driver routine, ethernet communication was successfully setup between PC and interface card for CAN bus and MWD tool bus to conduct the data transceiver, which meets the requirement of MWD acous- tic logging tool' s R&D, testing and well site operation.
