摘要
目的通过鼠密度监测,掌握镇江市鼠类的种群分布和季节消长情况,为科学防治鼠的危害和灭鼠提供依据。方法依据卫生部《全国病媒生物监测方案(试行)》,设城镇居民区、特殊行业和农村自然村3个类型的监测点各1个,采用中号钢板鼠夹,以生花生米为诱饵,每次布放200有效夹夜,晚放晨收。结果 5年平均鼠密度为0.56%,捕鼠6种,褐家鼠为镇江市优势鼠种,2007年鼠密度最高1.26%;2008年最低0.28%。结论镇江市口岸每年停泊上万艘船舶,监测到新的鼠种-黄毛鼠;农村因没有开展灭鼠活动,造成鼠密度很高,容易引发鼠类传染病流行性出血热发生;5年一次的"灭鼠先进城市"的复查,能控制鼠密度在一个相对低的水平。
Objective To master the rodent population distribution and its seasonal fluctuation by rat density mo- nitoring, and provide scientifical evidence for controlling the harm of rat and rodents destruction. Methods Ac- cording to the Ministry of Health, National vector biological monitoring program (Trial) , such three types of monitoring station as urban neighborhoods, special industries and rural villages were established at each monitoring point. The medium mousetrap made by steel - plate was used. Raw peanuts was used as the bait,each laying 200 effective baits, and night put and the morning withdrawn. Results The five-year average rodent density was 0.56%, six kinds of rats. Rattus norvegicus was the dominant species in Zhenjiang city. The rat density in 2007 was up to 1.26% ,the low- est was 0.28% in 2008. Conclusion Port of Zhenjiang city each year parks on the 10 000 vessels,the new mouse- rattoides is detected. Rural areas failing to carry out rodent control activities, resulting in the rat density is high,which causes the occurrence of epidemic hemorrhagic fever of rodent infectious diseases easily. The review of "the advanced anti-rat city "every five years is able to control the rodent density at a relatively low level.
