摘要
目前白蚁防治仍然是以化学防治技术为主,化学药剂在阻止白蚁危害的同时,也给环境和人类健康带来了另一种威胁。生物防治技术是一种更加安全的白蚁防治。本文综述了白蚁生物防治的研究进展现状,并分析了各种室内试验效果较好的生物制剂无法投入到实际应用中的原因,是由于实验室环境和野外环境的差异较大、生物制剂的本身特质和白蚁的防御行为机制造成的。指出研究应从分子生物学入手,并设计更加符合白蚁生物生态学特点的试验方法和防治方案,才是今后生物防治的发展方向。
The mainstream termite control techniques are based on chemical procedures. However, the chemicals brings potential threaten to environment and human health, when they protect human property from damage caused by termites. Biological control are safer termite control procedures. We reviewed the current research progress in bio-con- trol against termites. The reasons that the bio-eontrol agents with highly positive effect in lab are impractical in the field, may caused by great environmental divergence between lab and field circumstance, the biological charaeteristcs of the agents and the defence behavior of termites such as self cleaning. The further study need to be carried out with micro-scale and molecular level aspects, and with the research designs and control plans attending more on the biolog- ical and ecological traits of termites, which will brink the bio-control a more oromisin~ future.
