摘要
对郑州市新农合儿童6个病种的病例按病种付费前后以及其他情况进行对照分析,总结按病种定额补偿方案的实施效果,充分了解这一支付方式在实施中存在的问题,为进一步完善医疗费用补偿方案提供依据和建议。
The paper comparative analysis the payment operation situation based on Diagnosis Related Groups （DRGs） of children reimbursed from new rural cooperative medical system in Zhengzhou, and summaries the effect of compensation scheme. It reveales the existing problems in execution, and proposes basis and advice for future development.
