摘要
结合台山核电站汽轮机基座工程,提出了高支模施工、弹簧隔振器安装、汽轮机平台大模板施工、大型高精度埋件安装、温度与裂缝控制过程中的主要施工技术难点,介绍了一系列先进施工技术,如高支模满堂承重脚手架,弹簧隔振器施工技术,汽机平台大模板施工技术,高精度埋件施工技术,混凝土温度控制及搭设养护棚综合养护施工技术,使施工质量得到保证。
Combined with the turbine pedestal project of Taishan Nuclear Power Station,the main construction difficulties during high-formwork construction,spring vibration isolator installation,large-formwork construction for the turbine floor,installation of large-scale embedded parts with high precision and the control of temperature and crack are put forward.A series of advanced construction technologies are introduced,such as construction of full scaffold for high-formwork,construction of spring vibration isolator,construction of large-formwork for the turbine floor,construction of embedded parts with high precision,control of concrete temperature and concrete maintenance with maintenance shed,etc.The application of these measures ensured the construction quality.
