摘要
通过对传统进水道施工工艺的一系列改进,实现进水道弯肘部位的一次性整体现浇、颈部精调后施工,可精确控制出水口精度等施工难点的突破,详细讲述了进水道内模板拼装前,进水道内模板拼装时,钢筋绑扎,混凝土浇筑、养护、拆模,进水道颈部施工等的操作要点及注意事项,既降低了施工成本也取得了良好的施工效果。
With a series of improvements to traditional inlet construction,the construction difficulties of pouring the inlet elbow in one time,post-construction accurate adjustment of the neck location,precision control of outlet were solved.The key points of operation and issues for attentions before and during the assembly of the internal formwork of the inlet are described in detail,including steel bars binding,concrete pouring,maintenance,formwork removal,neck construction of inlet,etc.The practice shows that the construction cost was saved,and the good construction effect was obtained as well.
