摘要
作为大型悬浮壳体结构,蜗壳是所有核电施工中难度最大的大体积异形构筑物之一。台山核电厂蜗壳截面绕泵轴线均匀变化,蜗壳结构似整体悬浮于筏基中,施工难度大。尤其是精度控制及外观质量控制要求极高,因此,蜗壳模板的固定、支撑尤为关键,必须对原有施工工艺进行改进,使这种悬浮体异形结构模板能够可靠地抵抗混凝土浮力、保证精确度,符合设计要求。重点介绍了蜗壳模板拼装工艺,并采用了门字架整体加固、拉顶结合的方法进行过程监控与精度调节,取得了较好的效果。
The section of the volute in Taishan nuclear power station changes uniformly round the pump axis and the volute structure appears to be suspended on the raft foundation as one entity,which brought huge difficulty to the construction.Due to the high requirement for precision control and appearance quality control,the fixing and supporting of the volute formwork was very critical.Combined with this project,the main techniques difficulties are described as well as the main technical measures adopted.The construction procedure and key construction points for the formwork assembly and installation are summarized.The result shows that the construction quality of the volute was ensured.
