热处理工艺对Bi_2Sr_2CaCu_(1.2)Li_(0.8)O_x超导性能的影响

摘要 该文研究了名义成分为Bi_2Sr_2CaCu_(1.2)Li_(0.8)O_x材料的处理工艺与超导性能之间的关系。我们发现烧结温度对样品超导性能及晶粒尺寸都有明显影响,通过优化热处理工艺,我们得到了零电阻温度为92K的超导样品。X射线衍射及样品T_C测量的实验结果表明,Li的加入,抑制了2223相的形成,并提高了2212相的T_C。该文还就冷却速度对样品性能的影响进行了研究。 The effects of the heat treatment on some properties of Li-doped BS-CCO(Bi2Sr2CaCu1.2Li0.8Ox) material have been. investigated in this p-aper. It has been found that the sintering temperature has great influence on the superconducting properties and the grain size. A Tc with z-ero resistance of about 92K can be obtained by a optimized heat treatment. X-ray diffraction analysis and AC magnetic susceptibility measurements show that the Li addition could depress the formation of 2223 phase. The influence of the cooling rate is also discussed.
