摘要 甘肃会展中心工程采用矩形钢管混凝土梁柱,由于钢管混凝土组合截面梁柱节点位置柱内肋板开孔直径仅为200mm,钢管柱芯混凝土的灌注及振捣施工难度相当大。针对工程难点提出相应对策,并对顶升浇筑混凝土的配合比进行优化及对原材料进行控制,详细介绍了混凝土顶升施工工艺、关键技术及注意事项。结果表明,采用的顶升技术加快了施工进度,降低了安全风险。 The beams and columns in Gansu Conference and Exhibition Center take the form of rectangular concrete-filled steel tubes.Because the diameter of the hole of the column stiffeners at the location of the beam-column joint region is only 200mm,the concrete pouring and vibrating for the column are difficult.Construction measures were proposed with respect to the construction difficulties.The mix proportion of concrete was optimized,and careful controls were applied to the selection of raw materials.The construction process,key technology and attention issues for concrete lift-up were introduced in detail.The application result shows that with the proposed lift-up technology,the construction progress was obviously accelerated and the safety risks were reduced.
