摘要
施工单位在工程投标时建立工程BIM模型,并在技术标书中充分利用BIM模型的三维表现力及其包含的各项工程技术信息,提高标书的表现形式,以直观的表现、准确的数据、精细的方案设计提高投标书的质量,充分表现投标单位的技术实力和对拟投标项目的设想,创造高的中标机会。
In the bidding process,the construction enterprise established a BIM model for the project,and used the three-dimensional representation of the BIM model to improve the expression of the tendering documents.The BIM model contained all the technical information for the project and could help to improve the quality of the tendering documents with straight-forward visions,accurate data and elaborate design scheme.The application of the BIM model fully exhibited the technical excellence of the tendering company as well as their idea for the project,which could increase the chance of winning.
