摘要
卷叶是理想株型的重要指标之一.该研究以6个EMS诱变缙恢10号获得的不同类型卷叶突变体为试验材料,采用二因素随机区组试验设计,研究了不同卷叶在不同密度下对其产量及相关农艺性状的影响.结果表明:①所有卷叶材料在高密度下(32.65万株/hm2)均比在低密度下(21.77万株/hm2)增产,但只有细卷叶增产显著.②中度卷叶(G1,G3和G4)的产量显著高于细卷(G6)、高度卷曲(G5)和中细卷(G2).这些结果说明水稻育种中度卷叶在高密度下具有重要的利用价值.
Leaf rolling is an important indicator of ideal plant-type. In this study, a random block experi- ment with two factors was designed and six rolling leaf mutants with different types originating from EMS treatment were used to study the effects of leaf rolling on the yield of rice and its relevant agronomic traits. The results showed that all rolling leaf materials gave higher yield at high density (326, 500 plants/hm2) than at low density (217,700 plants/hm2), yield improvement with high density being significant only in the thin rolling leaf mutant (G6), and that the moderate rolling leaf mutants (G1, G3 and G4) yielded sig- nificantly more than G6 (thin rolling leaf mutant), G5 (highly rolling leaf mutant) and G2 (thin moderate rolling leaf mutant). These results showed that the moderate rolling leaf mutants are of important value to rice breeding under high plant density.
