The Exploration and Establishment of the Counter-encirclement Strategic Guideline in the Central Soviet Area

中央苏区反"围剿"战争的战略方针是在总结革命战争经验基础上逐步形成的,是从实际斗争中不断探索的结果,它有一个不断认识的过程,也存在不同意见的争论和探索中的反复。"左"的一套战略方针也不能完全归因于共产国际,需要寻找内部的原因。正确的战略方针,是总结正反两方面经验教训后才最终形成,到遵义会议后才确立。反"围剿"战略方针后来得到总结和升华并运用到抗日战争和解放战争战场。

The strategy of the counter - encirclement war of the Central Soviet Area was gradually formed through summing up the experiences of Chinese revolutionary war. As the result of continuous exploration in practical struggle, it is a process of deepening cognition and debates among different opinions. We should not attribute the leftist strategy to Communist International completely;on the contrary, we should find the external causes. The correct strategic guideline was finally established after the Zunyi Meeting through summarizing experiences and lessons. The Counter - encirclement strategic guideline was later generalized and applied into battlefields of the Anti -Japanese War and the Liberation War.
