The Experiences and Lessons of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union in the Party Cleaning Movements

苏共从1919年开始到1939年的20年间,在全党范围内一共进行了五次大规模"清党"。清党是苏共在一定历史条件下对加强党的队伍建设的一种特殊探索,其中既有成功的经验,也因为缺乏科学标准等原因产生了不少问题,留下了一些惨痛教训。认真总结苏共"清党"的经验教训,对于我们今天加强党的纯洁性建设具有重要的理论价值和指导意义。

In the 20 years from 1919 to 1939, the Communist Party of the Soviet Union carried out five large - scale party cleaning movements through out the party. Being a special exploration of the party in strengthening the party organization under certain historical conditions, party cleaning not only brought us successful experi- ences, but also caused some problems and lessons due to the lack of scientific standards. Carefully summing up the experiences and lessons of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union has an important theoretical value and guiding significance for our strengthening the purity of our Party nowadays.
