摘要
该文研究了原始组分为Bi_(1.92)Pb_(0.38)Sr_(1.91)Ca_(2.73)Cu_(4.29)O_x的超导晶纤制备过程中后热处理条件对超导电物理特性和结构的影响。经适当的组分修正,获得了不需生长后热处理即可实现其超导电性;随后热处理温度的提高和时间的增长,110K相比例增加,但导致晶纤织构的退化和J_C的降低,故实现无生长后热处理乃是提高晶纤质量的重要因素之一。
The influence of post-growth heat treatment on the superconductivity and structure of Bi(Pb)SrCaCuO fibers was studied.The results show that by the adjustment of certain composition, without post-growth heat treatment the superconducting fibers have been successfully fabricated and that the temperature and times of post-growth, heat treatment cause to deterioration in the texture and decrease in the transport current Jc,
