摘要
用蛋白水解酶复性电泳方法 (G- PAGE)分析了 5种黄精属植物根状茎和叶的蛋白水解酶的种类和活性。结果表明 :(1)它们的根状茎均含有 85k D和 55k D的蛋白水解酶 ;叶均含有 82 k D的蛋白水解酶 ;(2 )根状茎和叶的蛋白水解酶种类和活性有很大差异 ,叶的蛋白水解酶活性为根状茎的 10倍 ,它们的活性均受 p H影响 ,其最适 p H为 7;(3)每种植物都含有自己特有蛋白水解酶 ;(4 )
WT5”BZ] The proteinase activities in rhizoma and leaves of five species in Polygonatum were analyzed by SDS gelatin polyacrylamid gel electrophoresis. The results show: (1) The rhizomas all contain 85 kD and 55 kD proteinases, and the leaves contain 82 kD proteinase; (2) There are large differences between rhizomas and leaves proteinase activity. The proteinase activity in leaves is 10 times higher than in rhizomas. Their activity are affected by a change of pH, and their highest activities are shown at pH7; (3) Each species in Polygonatum posses a unique proteinases; (4) The use of proteinases in the identification of plants was valuable.
