摘要
近年来随着MES系统在工业自动化领域中的应用,作为MES系统重要组成部分的计量数据采集受到越来越多的关注。文章对化工能源计量数据采集系统进行了分析,提出了基于多种不同技术的能源实时计量数据采集与管理系统的设计方案,同时充分考虑了系统的安全性。该系统的升级能够实现能源数据的实时传送和信息网络的无缝链接,形成了能源数据采集、监控和管理的一体化。
In recent years, with the MES system usage in the field of industrial automation, people pay more attention to measurement data acquisition, which is important part of MES system. In this paper, chemical energy measurement data acquisition system is analyzed, and design of real-time energy measurement data acquisition and management system based on a variety of different technologies is proposed, taking full account of the security of the system. The upgrade of the system can improve the performance of real-time transmission of energy data and information networks seamless link and build energy data collection, monitoring and management integrated system.
