摘要
针对变速箱取力器轴承的使用工况,提出了相应的轴承选型和设计原则:长寿命、高可靠性、低振动、低摩擦、小型化和轻量化。基于此原则,详细介绍了取力器轴承优化设计的要点,综合考虑了轴承的结构、精度、接触表面形状、钢材质量及热处理等的影响。
Aiming at the working conditions of PTU bearings for gearbox, the relevant type selection and design principles of the bearings are put forward, such as long life, high realibility,low vibration, low friction, miniaturization and light weight. The main points for optimization design of PTU bearings are introduced in detail based on the principles, and the effects of structure, accuracy, contact surface shape, steel quality and heat treatment of bearings are compre- hensively considered.
