水化产物转化对蒸压制品强度的影响 被引量:1

摘要 通过X射线衍射、红外光谱手段分析了粉煤灰石灰蒸压系统中水化产物的变化与实验强度的关系。结果显示,在1.2 MPa饱和蒸汽压下处理不同时间,水石榴石的0.505 nm衍射峰减弱,CSH的0.183 nm衍射峰有所增强。在不同饱和蒸汽压下处理6 h,水石榴石的0.505 nm衍射峰在0.6 MPa前出现增强,随着饱和蒸汽压的增大开始逐渐减弱,C-S-H的0.183 nm衍射峰逐渐增强。随着水石榴石不断减少和水化硅酸钙的增加,蒸压试样强度的提高。
