摘要
本文主要通过成都艾特航空园区的实例,对LEED评估的五大项评估内容进行具体案例研究,提出以绿色建筑为目的,以LEED为目标的具体策略和措施,并展望LEED评估体系在中国应用中的发展趋势。
In this paper, the instance of CHENGDU AER- OTECH Aerospace Park, for five major assessment of LEED as- sessment of specific ease studies, specific strategies and meas- ures proposed for the purpose of target LEED green building LEED rating system, and Outlook in China application develop- ment trends.
