2008年至2010年我院肠内营养药应用分析

Application Analysis of Enteral Nutritional Drugs in Our Hospital during 2008-2011

目的了解医院肠内营养药的应用情况及发展趋势,为临床用药提供参考。方法以用药频度(DDDs)、日均费用(DDC)、DDDs排序、金额排序以及排序比(B/A),分析肠内营养药利用情况。结果 2008年至2010年肠内营养药物的使用金额呈上升趋势,分别为1 219.51,1 605.52,1 762.79万元,占全年药品使用总金额的比例依次为2.58%,2.71%,2.76%。结论临床应用肠内营养药比较合理。

Objective To investigate the status quo and the development tendency of clinical use of enteral nutritional drugs in our hospital so as to provide references for clinical use of entera] nutritional drugs. Methods The clinical use situation of enteral nutri- tional drugs in our hospital from 2008 to 2011 was investigated by using the ordering of DDDs,DDC, DDDs and consumption sum, and the sequential ratio （B/A）. Results The consumption sum of enteral nutritional drugs in our hospital showed an upward trend during this period,which were 1 219.51,1 605.52,1 762.79 million Yuan,respectively;the accounted proportions of the annual total consumption sum were 2.58% ,2.71% and 2.76% ,respectively. Conclusion The application of enteral nutritional drugs in our hos- pital is relatively rational.
