中药封包在预防下肢术后深静脉血栓的效果观察

Effect of Chinese medicine packet in the prevention of deep vein thrombosis after surgery of lower limbs

目的探讨下肢术后预防深静脉血栓形成的护理方法。方法将200例下肢术后患者随机分为对照组和观察组各100例。对照组实施健康指导、患肢护理、饮食护理、运动护理、静脉护理、心理护理等一系列的护理干预措施，观察组在对照组护理干预措施基础上加用我院自制的中药封包进行熨烫患肢。结果对照组下肢静脉血栓形成10例，观察组下肢静脉血栓形成3例。观察组下肢静脉血栓发生率低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论中药封包在下肢术后患者预防静脉血栓形成效果显著。

Objective To explore the nursing intervention for the prevention of deeep vein thrombosis after surgery of lower limbs. Methods 200 patients were randomly divided into a control group and a study group. The control group received a series of nursing intervention including health education, care for the affected limbs, dietary nursing, exercise nursing, vein nursing, and psychological nursing; while the study group received self-made Chinese medicine packets for ironing the affected limbs in addition to the nursing intervention applied in the control group. Results The occurrence rate of vein thrombosis was lower in the study group than in the control group （3% vs. 10%, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Chinese medicine packets are efficacious in the prevention of vein thrombosis after surgery of lower limbs.
