基于泰尔指数的新疆入境旅游经济差异特征分析

Analysis of Economic Difference of Tourism into Xinjiang Based on Thail Index

文章在借鉴区域经济差异研究成果的基础上,从区域经济学角度,以新疆所辖15个地、州、市区为研究范围,选取旅游外汇收入作为区域旅游经济差异的衡量指标,将旅游总收入作为旅游经济水平与旅游产业地位分异性的衡量指标,运用泰尔T指数,对1999-2010年新疆15个地、州、市的旅游经济差异的总体特征及变化作定量研究,并从空间角度作深入分析,指出:新疆入境旅游区域旅游经济总体差异逐年减小;北疆内部地区旅游经济差异大,对总差异的贡献率高,近几年北疆内部差异明显减小是新疆旅游收入差异变动的最主要原因;南疆地带内差异小,变化相对平稳,对总差异的贡献率在持续增加;南北疆经济地带间旅游收入差异小,对总差异的贡献率低的新疆入境旅游收入区域差异变化特征。最后根据新疆旅游经济发展现状提出发展建议。

The paper chooses 15 districts and prefectures as its studying area and takes these areas＇ tourist economic differences as its target to investigate based on Thail index the varying economic character of these areas in the years of 1999-2010. Data shows that the economic differences of tourism into Xinjiang have gradually decreased year by year, especially in the north part of Xinjiang, and that the economic difference of tourism between the economic belts in both the north and the south parts of Xinjiang is not big. The paper proposes some measures in the light of the research.
