摘要
提高高校辅导员职业能力是做好大学生思想政治工作的关键。高校辅导员职业能力的提升是一项系统工程,除了需要辅导员个人的主观努力外,更需要在组织层面建立健全相关的保障机制。文章从准入机制、培训机制、考评机制、激励机制、发展保障机制、倦怠干预机制六个方面探讨了高校辅导员职业能力的实现机制。
The vocational capability of university counselors is crucial for them to carry out the ideological and political work on campus, and it is a systematic project to increase their vocational capability. Besides the effort made by the counselors themselves, a sound and effective guarantee mechanism on the organizational lev- el is badly needed. This paper discusses the vocational capability realization mechanism of university counsel- ors from the following six aspects: admittance mechanism, groom mechanism, appraisal mechanism, incentive mechanism, development and guarantee mechanism, and intervention of job burnout mechanism.
