民主党下野及日本政坛剧变的深层原因

日本第46届众议院选举的结果,不仅重演了三年零三个月前朝野易位的一幕,也给"两大政党轮流执政制"划上了句号。民主党之所以遭到空前惨败,直接原因是以野田佳彦为首的领导层内外政策的失误和党内运作的失败,而更应该引起人们注意的是日本政治生态近年来发生的深刻变化。朝野政党如果不能顺应这些变化加快转型,日本政局的动荡局面还将延续相当长一段时间。
