金雀异黄酮-4'-O糖苷的合成方法研究 被引量:2

摘要 以金雀异黄酮为原料,采用固-液相转移催化法,以冠醚为相转移催化剂,在叔丁醇钾的存在下与四乙酰溴代葡萄糖反应,以较高的区域选择性合成了金雀异黄酮4'-O-β-D-半乳糖苷和金雀异黄酮4'-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷;并考察了投料次序、碱、相转移催化剂、反应时间等对糖苷化反应收率的影响。 Using Genistein as material, crown ether as phase transfer catalyst, under potassium tert - bu- toxide existing, genistein and 4 ethyl acetyl hromination glucose reaction, the genistein 4' - O - β - D - galactoside and genistein 4' - O - β - D - glucoside is sythsised with higher regioselectivity, the influences of reaction conditions such as mix - order, alkali, phas transfer catalyst and reaction time are investigated.
