摘要
从云南省永善县产的百合科植物蜘蛛抱蛋 (Aspidistraelatior)根状茎中分离得到 8个甾体化合物。其中 6个为已知的甾体化合物 ,分别鉴定为 ( 2 5S) - 3β -hydroxy -spirost - 5 -ene 3-O - β -D -glucopyranosyl( 1 ) [β -D -xylopyranosyl ( 1 3) ]- β -D -glucopyranosyl ( 1 4) - β-D -galactopyranoside ( 1) ,( 2 5S) - 2 6-O - β -D -glucopyranosyl-furost- 5 -en - 3β ,2 2 ζ ,2 6-tri ol 3-O - β -D -glucopyranosyl( 1 ) [β -D -xylopyranosyl( 1 3) ]- β -D -glucopyranosyl ( 1 4) -β-D -galactopyranoside ( 2 ) ,tupilosideH ( 3) ,neopentrogenin 5 -O - β -D -glucopyranoside ( 5 ) ,tupstrosideG ( 6)和neopentrogenin ( 7)。化合物 4为新的甾体皂甙 ,命名为蜘蛛抱蛋甙A (aspido sideA) ,8为一新的甾体皂甙元硫酸盐 ,命名为蜘蛛抱蛋甙元A (aspidistrogeninA)。二者的化学结构分别测定为 1β ,2 β ,3β ,4β ,5 β -pentahydroxy -spirost - 2 5 ( 2 7) -ene 5 -O - ( -D -glucopyra noside和 ( 2 5S) -spirost- 1β ,2 β ,3β ,4β ,5 β -pentol 2 -sulfate。化合物 1,2 ,3和 6为首次从蜘蛛抱蛋属植物中分离得到。
Eight steroidal compounds were isolated from the rhizomes of Aspidistra elatior collected from Yongshan County of Yunnan Province, China Among them, six known compounds were identified as (25S)-3β-hydroxy-spirost-5-ene 3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl (12) [β-D-xylopyranosyl (13)]-β-D-glucopyranosyl (14)-β-D-galactopyranoside (1), (25S)-26-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-furost -3β,22ζ,26-trihydroxy-5-ene 3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl (12) [β-D-xylopyranosyl(13)]-β-D-glucopyranosyl (14)-β-D-galactopyranoside (2), tupiloside H (3), neopentrogenin- 5-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (5), tupstroside G (6) and neopentrogenin (7), respectively. The new steroidal saponin named as aspidoside A was determined as 1β,2β,3β,4β,5β-pentahydroxy-spirost-25(27)-ene 5-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (4). The new sulfate sapogenin named as aspidistrogenin A was identified as (25S)-spirost-1β, 2β, 3β, 4β, 5β-pentol 2-sulfate (8).
