摘要
案例研究提供真實情境讓管理者處理兩難或不確定問題,案例也是讓學生從學習生涯去描述案例或問題的學習方式,能促使學生面對案例問題中學習如何做決定。本研究具體目的:一、在教育法規課程中,探討案例教學法的功能。二、分析在教育法規課程中,使用案例教學法的限制。三、在教育法規課程實施案例教學後,教師對案例教學法的反思與成長。本研究運用訪談、省思札記等方式來蒐集資料。研究發現案例教學能協助學生批判思考、解決問題、反省與應用知識等。
Case studies provide real life situations for administrators to treat a dilemma or uncertain outcome. The case method is a form of learning for students to describe a real case or a problem taken from their learning experiences so as to learn to make a decision. The main purpose of the research is : 1 ) to explore function of case teaching method inn educational law curriculum; 2) to analyse the limitations of the use of case teaching approach; 3) to track teachers' reflection and development after applying case teaching method. The present study, conducted using interviews and reflection record for collecting data, makes the following findings: case teaching method helps students with their critical thinking, problem solving, evaluating and applying knowledge.
