摘要
目的探讨糖尿病患者合并颌面部感染的治疗方法。方法对我科2007～2012年来收治的糖尿病合并颌面部感染的患者39例作回顾性分析。结果 39例患者中31例于我科治愈出院,8例患者转入内分泌科治疗,其中7例治愈出院,1例因全身多器官功能衰竭死亡。结论糖尿病合并颌面部感染发生率高,应针对各种危险因素采取综合治疗措施,降低发生率。
Objective To discuss the therapy methods with maxillofacial infection of diabetic patients. Methods An ret-rospective study was statistically analyzed in 39 patients with maxillofacial infection of diabetic whom were treated from 2007 to 2012. Results 31 cases in our department were cured,8 were trans-ferred to endocrine department, 7 cases were cured, 1 case died of multiple organ fai-lure. Conclusion The maxillofacia infection rate is high in diabetic patients, we should take compre- hensive treatment according to the risk factors in order to decreasing incidence rate.
