急性缺血性脑卒中患者的血脂水平和CRP变化及相关性研究

Correlation with the change of CRP and the level of blood lipid in patients with acute ischemic stroke

目的探讨急性缺血性脑卒中患者的血脂水平、C-反应蛋白(CRP)变化,分析其相关性。方法检测48例急性缺血性脑卒中患者(脑卒中组),20例健康体检者(对照组)的血脂水平、CRP变化,并对二者进行相关性分析。结果与对照组比较,脑卒中组血脂水平中三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)升高、C-反应蛋白(CRP)升高(P均<0.01);高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)降低(P<0.01)。相关分析显示脑卒中组CRP和TG、TC、HDL-C无相关性;LDL-C与CRP呈正相关(r为0.367,P<0.05)。结论急性缺血性脑卒中患者CRP升高、血脂异常,二者可相互影响,对急性缺血性脑卒中的发生、发展中起重要作用。

Objective To observe the blood lipid levels of C- reactive protein （CRP） changes in patients with acute ischemic stroke, analysis of their correlation. Methods CRP changes, blood lipid levels were measured in 48 cases of patients with acute ischemic stroke （ stroke group） and 20 cases of healthy subjects （ control group） , and the correlation analysis was done between them. Results Compared with control group, the stroke group lipid levels of triglyeerides （ three TG ） , low density lipoprotein cholesterol （ LDL-C ）, C- elevated C-reactive protein （ CRP ） increased （ P 〈 0. 01 ） ; high density lipoprotein cholesterol （HDL-C） decreased （P 〈 0.01 ）. Correlation analysis showed that the stroke group CRP and TG, TC, HDL-C no correlation; LDL-C positively correlated with CRP （ r = 0. 367, P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion In patients with acute ischemic stroke, CRP increased,blood lipid disordered. CRP and blood lipid may influence each other and plays an important role in the occurrence and development of acute ischemic stroke.
