摘要 目的评价手术治疗粉碎性跟骨骨折的临床疗效。方法对24例粉碎性跟骨骨折给予切开复位跟骨锁定接骨板内固定手术治疗。按Sanders分型,其中Ⅱ型10例,Ⅲ型9例,Ⅳ型5例。采用Maryland Foot Score系统进行术后功能评价。结果 24例术后均获随访,时间6~24个月,平均18个月。其中优18例,良4例,可1例,差1例,优良率90%以上。结论切开复位锁定接骨板内固定是治疗粉碎性跟骨骨折的良好方法。 Objective To evaluated the surgical treatment of calcaneal fractures. Methods From March 2003 to October 2008,24 patents of calcaneal fractures were treated with open reduction and lock plate fixation . According to Sanders classification,10 sides were accouned for type II,9 for type III,5 for type IV,All the cases were followed up for an average of 18 months (range 6 to 24 months). Results The clinical results were evaluated according to Maryland foot Score, excellent resuhs achieved in 18 cases, good in 4 ,fair in 1, poor in 1, excellent and good rate was 90%. Conclusion The open reduaction surgical techniques and internal fixation with lock plate is effective method of treatment of calcaneal fracture.
