麻醉与术后认知功能障碍 被引量:12

摘要 50多年前,由于患者提及到手术后认知功能的改变,Bedford开展了一项回顾性研究,观察251例老年患者在手术后认知功能的改变,发现有7%的患者经历了严重的智力下降。该研究引发了之后大量学者对术后认知功能的研究,
