心理干预应用于普外科手术患者的护理效果观察

Observation on the nursing effect ofpsychological intervention in the application of operative patients in Department of General Surgery.

目的探讨研究心理干预应用于普外科手术患者的护理效果。方法将2010年8月-2012年8月于普外科进行手术治疗的120例患者遵循随机数字表法分为对照组60例和观察组60例，对照组按照常规护理程序进行干预，观察组则在对照组的基础上再进行强化心理干预，然后将两纽患者护理前后的治疗护理依从性及心理状态分别以量表的形式进行评估。结果观察组护理干预后治疗护理依从性及HAD量表评估结果均好于护理干预前，并且好于对照组护理干预后，P均〈0．05，均有显著性差异。结论心理干预应用于普外科手术患者的护理效果较佳，有助于改善患者的治疗态度及心理状态，从而为患者的康复提供必要的前提。

Objective To study and investigate the nursing effect of psychological intervention in the application of operative patients in Department of General Surgery. Methods 120 operative patients in Department of General Surgery from August 2010 to August 2012 were divided into control group 60 cases and observation group 60 cases according to the method of random digits table,the control group were intervened with routine nursing program, the observation group were i^tervened with intensive psychological intervention based on the intervention of＇ control group, then the treatment and nursing compliance and psychological state of two groups were evaluated with the scale before and after the nursing. Results The observation group＇s evaluation results of treatment and nursing compliance and HAD score after the nursing intervention were all better than those before the nursing intervention,and those evaluation results were better than those of control group after the nursing intervention, all P 〈 0.05, there were all significant differences. Conclusion The nursing effect of psychological intervention in the application of operative patients in Department 6f General Surgery is better, and it is helpful for the improvement of treatment attitude and psychological state, so it provides the necessary precondition for the rehabilitation of patients.
